Senior Project Manager (Construction) - Job Scope

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), BCA, and MOM regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and supervise project managers, site engineers, and site supervisors to improve team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, and quality standards.
• Support business development by participating in tender reviews, project planning, and client relationship management.
