Project Manager (Building) | Permanent | East

Role Overview

Lead the successful delivery of large-scale building projects from construction through TOP, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from construction to TOP and project handover.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and drive project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Ensure timely approvals and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Oversee project cost, budget, variation orders, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), quality standards, and CONQUAS requirements.
• Drive productivity, value engineering, constructability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support tender preparation, construction methodology, and pre-construction planning where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience managing large-scale building projects in Singapore.
• Proven track record in project delivery, programme management, contract administration, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially astute with sound knowledge of construction contracts and project controls.

Working days: 5.5 days/ week

Salary Range: S$8,500 - S$5,500
