| Major Duties: |
| To provide architectural support for the following areas: |
| (a) | To plan, manage and inspect new capital works and alterations, additions and improvement (AA&I) projects |
| (b) | To prepare project briefs, schedule of accommodation and accommodation requirements |
| (c) | To prepare tender documents such as contract drawings, contract agreement and programme of construction for Architectural and Associated consultancy services |
| (d) | To manage external consultants and contractors |
| (e) | To prepare presentation materials and drawings |
| (f) | To monitor project expenditure and progress to ensure timely completion of projects and |
| (g) | To identify and implement latest trend and best practice in construction industry. |
| |
| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised higher diploma in Architectural Studies or equivalent preferably with a relevant degree and / or membership of a relevant professional institution |
| (b) | At least 10 years relevant work experience |
| (c) | Preferably with at least 3 years work experience in a supervisory capacity on the clients side or representing the clients side, such as government / public organisations / tertiary institutions / consultants |
| (d) | Good administrative, interpersonal, communication and team building skills |
| (e) | Sound management capability and ability to work independently and |
| (f) | Good command of English and Chinese. |

| (1) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (2) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
