Project Manager Analyst H/F

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong-Kong as aProject Manager.You will be part of the Organization Team, which is in charge of a wide range of transversal tasks in the bank. It is a project-based team covering transversal projects, innovation strategy and implementation, workflow optimization, core banking system enhancement, business continuity, IT security user coordination, etc.

The Organization Department reports directly to the APAC & Hong Kong Chief Operating Officer.

You will support the senior Project Managers in the team on various topics.

Your concrete missions will be the following:

• Project management: project governance, business analysis, solutions, documentation, communication with stakeholders. coordinate with the regional stakeholders to implement the solution for APAC, closely working with HO project team to implement the solution in the region or in the branch
• Assist BCP and ISS topics
• You will need to get familiar with tools, systems and processes we are using internally
• Provide solutions to Internal Clients
• Bring innovative ideas to optimize the bank workflows and reduce the bank risk
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Organization Manager or COO.
  

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen

Are you are future VIE

You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University,a Business School or an Engineering sciencewith a specialization in IT and/orProject Management.

A first experience inproject management or in IT is necessary.

Hard Skills:

- Advanced computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

-Good understanding and knowledge of AI

-Coding skills is a plus

- Fluent in French & English (written and spoken)

- Chinese would be a plus.

Soft Skills:

-Good interpersonal communication

- Ability to pay close attention to details

- Organizational skills

- Team player.
