Role Description

The Project Manager – AI & Software Delivery is a contractor / full-time or hybrid role based in Taipei City, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Project Manager will coordinate AI and software projects across multiple industries, working closely with engineering, product, business teams, AI agents, and enterprise clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role combines traditional project management with hands-on oversight of AI-assisted development workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinating engineering, product, business, and client stakeholders.
• Tracking project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Actively following up on tasks and removing delivery bottlenecks.
• Reviewing AI-generated coding and QA outputs to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.
• Verifying deliverables against functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and client expectations.
• Coordinating resources, schedules, and implementation logistics.
• Preparing project status updates and maintaining clear documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve project workflows and human–AI collaboration.
• Supporting successful deployment and delivery of enterprise AI solutions.

This role is particularly suitable for a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator, or engineering-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Strong expediting and follow-up skills, with the ability to actively drive tasks forward, identify bottlenecks, and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
• Strong inspection and quality assurance skills, with the ability to verify whether technical deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating resources, schedules, dependencies, and implementation logistics across teams.
• Experience managing software, technology, AI, SaaS, or other technical projects, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Comfortable communicating with software engineers and understanding technical discussions, even without being a hands-on developer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, QA agents, or other emerging AI technologies.
• Effective communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency and familiarity with Taiwan business practices are beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
