Plan and coordinate MSQ implementation to support cost reduction and mitigate supply risk.
Ensure implementation does not impact production or shipment schedules.
Act as the owner and issuer of all EC notifications to internal and external stakeholders. Fully align change details with Project Leaders before issuing ECs
Lead customer communication for all packaging-related design (structure, material, manuals, labeling, pallet configuration, etc.), and coordinate with Packaging Engineers to prepare or revise drawings and specifications for the customer's approval.
Evaluate cost impact and align with customers before EC release and packaging implementation.
Confirm readiness and cut-in timing for EC release and packaging implementation without impacting shipment schedule.
Perform other duties or assignments as requested by management.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Customer Program Coordination in a manufacturing environment.
