Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Project Management member to join our dynamic team. Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and key stakeholders. 4. Resource Management: - Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success. - Coordinate with department heads to secure necessary resources. 5. Quality Assurance: - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. - Implement and enforce best practices for project management. - Engineering Change Management: - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. - Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 6. Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. - Create and present reports on project progress, risks, and issues. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Project Management with a successful track record of project delivery. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership and team management experience. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in project management tools and software. .
