Junior PMO – Temenos Core Banking Implementation
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior PMO to support the successful delivery of a Temenos Core Banking (T24/Transact) implementation program. The role will assist Project Managers and Program Leads in project governance, reporting, coordination, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), action logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization reports.
- Follow up with project teams to ensure timely closure of action items and risks.
- Assist in change request management and project governance processes.
- Support testing, migration, training, and deployment readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project methodologies, and banking governance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of PMO, project coordination, or project administration experience.
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or core banking transformation projects is preferred.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on banking projects and basic knowledge of banking products
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or PMP certification (or working towards certification) is an advantage.
