. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
. Manage pilot implementations across designated markets, including on-site validation, testing, feedback collection, issue resolution, and process optimization.
. Coordinate with internal technical teams to assess system enhancement opportunities and develop alternative standardized solutions to support business continuity where necessary.
. Facilitate collaboration with relevant business partners during pilot phases to support the adoption of new operating procedures and compliance standards.

. Strong expertise in end-to-end cross-functional project management, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and change management.
. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-stakeholder alignment and business communication across senior leadership, operational teams, and technical functions.
. Experience establishing process controls, governance frameworks, and compliance-focused operating models.
