Project Management Lead

Title: Windows OS Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibility:

·       Responsible for Microsoft or Windows Operating System related engagements, programs, and certification

·       Develop and design presentations —that advance key business objectives, concise, and well-organized slides.

·       Oversee Microsoft technology and technical documentation, maintain and manage internal sharing.

·       Support internal team as consultant for Microsoft Specifications, requirements, and guidance.

·       Support forums, team building, and cross-team engagement events.

·       Work closely with cross functional teams to support the Proof Of Concept tests for Microsoft Feature Enablement and Adoption.

Qualifications:

·       Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

·       Typically has 3 - 7 years of work experience, preferably in technical PM, systems engineering, or a related field.

·       Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Skills:

·       Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.      

·       Experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or similar modern cloud collaboration tools and AI agents.

·       Excellent program management skills to contribute effectively to engineering efforts.
