Project Management Executive
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Project Management Executive to manage infrastructure system-integration projects across Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure system-integration projects covering NRE, operations, business transformation, NPI, and product launches.
- Establish project teams and manage project schedules, scope, financials, delivery quality, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including project setup, requirements gathering, documentation, quality control, progress tracking, and analysis.
- Oversee manufacturing operations, cost management, quotations, NRE activities, product End-of-Life (EOL) matters, and asset management.
- Take ownership of project revenue, profitability, P&L performance, and growth objectives.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and support project pricing activities.
- Manage client contracts, including contractual scope, commitments, deliverables, and the responsibilities of all parties.
- Build strong client relationships, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure agreed commitments are fulfilled.
- Serve as the key liaison among clients, Business Programme Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate project-related matters with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business and operational requirements are met.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of project-management experience, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CM) environment will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management functions, such as logistics, shipping, procurement, production planning, or warehousing.
- Strong understanding of costing, quotation preparation, project financials, and commercial considerations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to manage project financial performance and support business-growth objectives.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Fluency in spoken Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in China.
