Job Title: Project Leader - Technology Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Project Leader with strong English communication skills and approximately 3 years of experience working in technology-related projects. The ideal candidate should have experience contributing to projects of moderate complexity and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal project teams and establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Facilitate project meetings between customer and project team and ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and reports.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Support project governance activities.

Required Qualifications

• Taiwan Citizen
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and a strong understanding of the Taiwanese business and cultural environment.
• Around 3 years of professional experience in technology projects.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating projects of moderate complexity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or similar project delivery environments.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar).
