Project Leader Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and plan engineering projects
• Lead Project Engineering Team and act as H&S Coordinator
• Ensure engineering execution (Mechanical & Controls) as per Project Plan
• Manage engineering budget, risks, and timelines
• Conduct design, service, and progress review meetings
• Develop engineering documents (layouts, flow diagrams, test cases)
• Oversee materials & equipment supply
• Support site installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance
• Lead integration and acceptance testing with clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in logistics automation / system integration
• Mechanical or Control Engineering degree
• Experience with AUTOCAD & Navisworks
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Led at least one medium-sized warehouse project
• Good English communication in a multicultural environment
