We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies.
They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team and help drive execution across our blockchain infrastructure initiatives. In this role, youll be instrumental in delivering high-impact projects that align with strategic goals in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of project timeline and report directly to the Co-Founders of the chain
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing and ecosystem teams to align on deliverables
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers with timely, actionable solutions
- Maintain clear documentation, track progress, and report key metrics to leadership
- Monitor post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and drive iterative improvements with technical teams
- Stay informed on Web3 trends, tools, and protocols to inform project strategy and execution
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the Web3 or blockchain industry
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Effective communicator with fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Relocation to Hong Kong is needed
