Industrial gases have been at the heart of Air Liquide's activity since its creation in 1902. Today, our business is not only limited in gases, but extend to electronics materials, gases supply system, facilities engineering and construction services, etc.
Due to a significant growth in our business in Taiwan, we are looking for a Project HSE Engineer, who is responsible for the HSE activities and management in our construction project site in Taoyuan.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the HSE management system, Industrial Management System (IMS), and other HSE related activities, as well as internal and external audits.
- Be familiar with company and client HSE regulations and be responsible for HSE management of plant construction projects.
- Participate in project toolbox meetings and daily HSE inspections, and compile and track project HSE performance.
- Be responsible for contractor management and HSE education and training.
- Review and approve safety work permits and work safety analyses.
- Organize and participate in meetings to organize contractor agreements.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree and above in HSE field, or HSE experience in construction site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Being cooperative and proactive.
- Licence (at least equip with either one) : Occupational safety and health management personnel, Occupational health management specialist, Occupational safety management specialist.
