Factory equipment operation management and maintenance
Project execution
Plan and establish facility systems, including supervision of related engineering, commissioning, adjustment, and acceptance.
Plan the facility requirements proposed by user departments, draft construction specifications and quotations, and supervise, commission, and accept the projects.
Record and analyze facility system operation data and provide improvement suggestions.
Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems.
Handle abnormal situations of utility systems, manage spare parts, and establish equipment maintenance records.
Write and implement SOP documents for utility systems and perform equipment and instrument calibration tasks.
Write and verify validation documents for systems such as air conditioning, air compression, pure water, and central control.
Support building public safety and fire inspection tasks.
Handle tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Familiar with water, electricity, air conditioning and other factory facilities
Factory construction project management experience
Cost analysis capabilities
Communication and coordination skills
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility systems management.
Proficiency in Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
License:
