Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance to deliver engineering projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage HIP, BTO and other timber door projects from start to completion.
- Liaise with clients, site teams, supervisors, workers and subcontractors on project requirements.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site surveys, measurements and manpower planning.
- Coordinate production schedules, quality control, inventory, installation and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, BQ, cost estimates and shop drawings for timber door projects.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and invoices for completed works.
- Assist with material sourcing, procurement and purchase orders.
- Manage product certifications, HDB Material Listing, ISO requirements and safety documentation, including renewals and inspections.

Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong project management skills demonstrated through assisting in planning and execution of engineering projects
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure project alignment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
