Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in the company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
Provide event administrative and operational support
Able to manage multiple events simultaneously
Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
Communicates with clients via email to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and arranges adjustments or solutions as needed to address concerns
Generate and develop new sales opportunities (i.e. exhibitors, standbuilders, corporate etc.)
Answers enquiries and provides information on the products and services of the company
Build a fruitful relationship with existing accounts and exceed customer satisfaction
Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by your team
