Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules, resources, costs, and overall progress, while preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, risk assessments, and handover records.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment, while assisting the Sales team with technical consultations and customer inquiries.
- Participate in project meetings, resolve technical and operational issues, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse automation or loading bay solutions, such as industrial doors, loading dock equipment, or related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical 2D drawings, as well as basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (own vehicle is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently, with strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and safety awareness.
