Key Responsibilities

. Manage landed residential projects from construction to handover.

. Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants and authorities.

. Manage subcontractors to achieve excellent workmanship, safety and productivity.

. Monitor project progress, budget, quality and timelines.

. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues before they become costly.

. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements.

. Communicate proactively with homeowners and provide regular updates.

. Drive continuous improvement by refining SOPs, workflows and project systems.

Skills & Experience

. Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

. Experience in landed residential construction is preferred.

. Able to read architectural and structural drawings.

. Strong coordination and communication skills.

. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
