Responsibilities: . Identify and engage potential customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors, and work with them to develop customized automation solutions. . Conduct on-site visits to assess current equipment, system architecture, and production workflow to identify areas for automation and energy optimization. . Lead and support the installation, configuration, I/O wiring, and functional testing of automation systems on-site. . Working closely with internal team to negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure the business. . Lead and support solution design discussions and translate customer needs into technical requirements and system specifications. . Communicate and coordinate with engineer to provide customers with professional and technical proposal . Coordinating with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of the proposed solutions and excellent after-sales support. . Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends in the factory automation industry. . Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage. . Preparing presentations and professional proposals that highlight the value of Delta solutions and services . The other task assigned by the manager Requirements: . Master or bachelor in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation or related automation major . Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the factory automation industry. . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales role. . Hands-on experience in on-site implementation, including system setup, configuration, I/O wiring, and functional testing (e.g. SCADA, PLC, EMS, HMI). . Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and technical documentation. . Strong technical communication, coordination, negotiation and influencing skill with customers, good customer service awareness and high business behavior and processing ability to close deals effectively . Willing to travel when required by business in the nation or Southeast Asia region and can work under high pressure . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and ability to create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. . Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, staying updated with changing technologies and market trends. . Experience in project management, ensuring successful execution of automation projects from concept to completion will be priority. . Computer skill in Microsoft office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook is a must. . Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking. Mandarin is a plus . Certifications in automation or electrical safety are considered a plus.
