Oculus Collective Pte Ltd is a specialist in aluminium and glass solutions, serving homeowners and interior designers across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced and responsible individual to coordinate projects from measurement to installation completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site measurements for aluminium and glass products, including sliding doors, casement doors, windows, shower screens, wardrobes, and customised systems.
- Assess site conditions and prepare accurate measurement reports for production.
- Coordinate project schedules with customers, interior designers, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Arrange measurements, deliveries, installations, and rectification works.
- Read and interpret technical and architectural drawings.
- Issue production orders and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide project updates.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminium and glass industry.
- Experience in independent site measurements for aluminium doors, windows, and glass systems.
- Familiar with HDB, condominium, and landed residential projects.
- Able to read technical drawings and manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence preferred.
Salary
SGD 2800 - SGD 3800 per month, commensurate with experience.
