Project Coordinator

Your Role

• Perform general asset management activities, including loading, unloading, and moving materials manually or with equipment
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for order collection and dispatch activities
• Prepare inventory and productivity reports, and communicate with other departments and vendors
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory to minimize disruptions
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Support the warehouse supervisor in daily warehouse operations

To Succeed in the Role

• F.5 or above
• Certificate or formal training in Logistics Management is preferred
• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus
• Basic English reading skills
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Required to work across multiple warehouse locations candidates must be flexible and willing to work at any assigned site
