Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will work in the CUHK Private Clinic at the Prince of Wales Hospital and provide administrative support for the Clinic.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 3 years post qualification work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions or medical organisations (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iv) solid experience in co-ordinating medical consultations and clinical administration (v) excellent computer literacy, including MS Office and Chinese word-processing (vi) outstanding problem-solving, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills and (vii) a self-motivated work attitude, the ability to work as a good team member, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
