Faculty of Medicine
Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will work at the Faculty and Planning Office, Faculty of Medicine at the Prince of Wales Hospital and is expected to provide administrative and secretarial support for the Faculty Dean. Duties include (a) coordinating appointments, organising and facilitating meetings and special events for the Dean and the Faculty (b) coordinating duty trips of the Faculty (e.g. making travel arrangements of duty trips and obtaining necessary approvals) (c) screening, evaluating and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as enquiries, and preparing responses as appropriate (d) drafting and editing letters, speeches and messages (e) providing administrative and secretarial support for committees and (f) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 3 years post-qualification executive or secretarial experience (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iv) a high level of computer literacy (v) excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills (vi) a meticulous and self-motivated person with strong sense of responsibility and (vii) a team player with high flexibility and adaptability. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
