Project Co-ordinator II

The MSc Programme in Business Analytics (MScBA), offered by the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology, is looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Co-ordinator II.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) developing and implementing recruitment plans targeting Chinese Mainland and overseas markets to attract outstanding applicants (b) maintaining relationships with universities and educational partners to build a worldwide recruitment network (c) managing the programme's social media presence across platforms (including Xiaohongshu, WeChat Account, and LinkedIn), creating bilingual content (Chinese and English), and implementing digital marketing campaigns to elevate the programme's profile and (d) performing other tasks as assigned. Working flexible hours and on weekends will be required occasionally.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) (iii) at least 2 years%27 work experience, preferably in higher education recruitment (local and international), cross-border marketing, new media operations, or communications (iv) high proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (v) strong cross-cultural communication skills and content creation abilities (copywriting, design, video editing) and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
