Project Co-ordinator IIThe Department of Finance of the CUHK Business School (also known as the Faculty of Business Administration) is looking for a high-calibre and dynamic individual to take up the position of Project Co-ordinator II.The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing career support for several undergraduate finance programmes and MSc in Finance programme (b) organising and providing logistical support for career-related events and activities (c) assisting in outreach, sourcing, and following up on internship and graduate opportunities, facilitating job placements, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders (d) providing administrative, documentation and reporting support (e) promoting program and career-related events through social media platforms and (f) providing administrative support to the Department and assisting with departmental operations, as well as performing other duties as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 2 years relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably with experience in student placement and activities (iii) frequent use of mainstream social media platforms, preferably with experience in social media promotions (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) (v) passion for education and dedication to grooming the next generation (vi) strong interpersonal and communication skills, a self-motivated, detail-oriented, committed, and hard-working work attitude, with a high degree of integrity (vii) the ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment and under pressure and (viii) strong IT and social media skills, and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team's efforts.Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.The University only accepts and considers applications submitted online for the post above via the CUHK career site.
