Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will be stationed at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and be responsible for (a) co-ordinating taught master and professional diploma programme (b) organising academic activities including international congress, short course, seminar, workshop, etc (c) preparing documentations and budget as required (d) liaising with internal and external parties (e) providing support to the office administration and daily operations and (f) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Working beyond office hours or during weekends will be required occasionally.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iii) at least 3 years post-qualification work experience preferably in project management, administration, marketing or customer services (iv) computer literacy, e.g. MS Offices, Chinese word-processing, etc. (v) strong problem-solving skills and project execution capability (vi) good interpersonal and communication skills and (vii) the ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other team members under a multitasking environment. Having knowledge of design software / application, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
