Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will be responsible for (a) conducting research and drafting proposals, reports, presentation material (b) liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties (c) supporting activities related to university development and other strategic initiatives (d) assisting in ad-hoc assignments and (e) performing any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 5 years post-qualification work experience, preferably in the public relations field (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) and (iv) good communication, organisational and teamwork skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
