Among all the Master's programmes offered by the School, the MBA Programme in Finance (FMBA) stands out as a highly selective programme designed to attract highly motivated professionals in the financial and related business sectors. This part-time programme caters to the needs of working professionals in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and the region who seek leadership development. To support the strategic development, the School is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator II for the FMBA Programme.
Reporting to the Head of the Student Learning & Development, FMBA Programme, the appointee will be responsible for (a) acting as Class Teacher to oversee class discipline, attendance, learning atmosphere and in-class management (b) supporting course planning, timetabling, teaching materials preparation and daily class operation (c) facilitating communication between the Faculty and students to ensure smooth learning experience (d) delivering high-standard student support, addressing enquiries timely, and fostering long-term connections with current students (e) organising and providing logistical support to the Programme-related events and activities, including admission outreach, student and alumni activities and promotional events (f) undertaking general administrative duties to support the Executive Officer, including administering all correspondence and communications with staff and students, organising meetings and room bookings, maintaining and updating databases, as well as arranging transportation, accommodation, and catering as required to support the delivery of the overall Programme and (g) performing other impromptu duties as assigned. Travelling to the Chinese Mainland and working outside normal office hours will be required.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 2 years full-time work experience (iii) self-motivation with a strong sense of commitment (iv) the ability to work effectively as a good team member (v) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and (vi) the ability to work independently. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written test(s).
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
