The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing support to postgraduate programme(s), including but not limited to admissions, student affairs, programme activities, etc. (b) providing support to administration of the School Office, including but not limited to committee work, finance, personnel matters, events and publicity, etc. and (c) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill (iv) good analytical, interpersonal communication, and organisational skills, and self-motivation (v) a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial work attitude (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit and (vii) a strong growth mindset and positive work attitude.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
