Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of Programme Officer)The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support to various academic matters for postgraduate students, including admissions, student records, assessment, and documentation (b) compiling statistics (c) co-ordinating activities and events (d) providing support for IT systems and (e) performing other new initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iii) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills (iv) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation (v) a collaborative work style, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines and (vi) good analytical ability and strong computer skills. Having at least 2 years administrative work experience is preferred. Prior experience in programme administration will be an advantage.
