Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of Officer)
The School of Life Sciences is now looking for a high-calibre candidate to join the team. The appointee will work alongside a dynamic team, leading the rapid development of the School.The appointee will take part in the administration of the undergraduate programmes under the School, including interaction with students and alumni as well as other administrative tasks. He/She will be responsible for (a) planning and executing campaigns to promote the programmes of the School across various channels (b) providing support in organising school events, and (c) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 3 years%27 post-qualification executive experience, preferably in higher education institutions (iii) strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) (v) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation (vi) a good level of experience in student recruiting and marketing within an education context and (viii) high computer proficiency and competence in social media. Having knowledge and experience with digital media marketing will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commercing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
