Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of Project Officer)

The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care invites applications for the position of Project Officer.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing daily operations (b) supporting project-related administrative functions (c) liaising with external stakeholders and collaborators (d) monitoring project progress, including process tracking and documentation and (e) performing other duties as assigned. Fieldwork outside office is required.

Applicants should have (a) a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a relevant discipline (including but not limited to Public Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration) (b) at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in project management and administration (c) experience in budget monitoring and tracking (e.g. procurement, quotations, etc.) (d) experience in event co-ordination (e) experience in publicity, marketing, and promotion work (f) strong communication and interpersonal skills and (g) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Having experience in academic matters and research-related processes will be an advantage.
