Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of Assistant Student Development Manager)
The appointee will be assigned to the Wellness and Counselling Centre (WACC), and will be responsible for (a) assisting in the administration and implementation of student activities, educational programmes, and campus-wide mental wellness campaigns (b) co-ordinating the mental health training workshops and courses for both staff and students (c) assisting in video production to promote awareness of special educational needs (SEN) (d) providing administrative support for the general operation of the Centre and (e) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Applicants should have: (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 1 year's relevant work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iv) strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills (v) excellent IT proficiency, with knowledge of graphic design (including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva) and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Having experience in video production will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with a contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
CUHK is organized into nine constituent colleges and eight academic faculties, and remains the only collegiate university in the territory. The university operates in both English and Chinese, although classes in most colleges are taught in English. Four Nobel laureates are associated with the university, and it is the only tertiary institution in Hong Kong with recipients of the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal and Veblen Prize sitting as faculty in residence.
