The AI Hub for Business under CUHK Business School is dedicated to advancing the adoption of artificial intelligence in business education, research, innovation, and industry engagement. Through interdisciplinary collaboration among academics, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers, the AI Hub seeks to accelerate AI transformation across organisations and foster the development of innovative AI-driven ventures.

Reporting to the Director and Co-Director of the AI Hub, the appointee will play a key role in supporting AI corporate training initiatives, developing AI solutions for industry partners, and building a vibrant AI entrepreneurship ecosystem. Duties include (a) liaising with corporate partners to identify business needs and opportunities for AI adoption and digital transformation (b) supporting the development, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions (c) preparing training materials, demonstrations, and learning resources for customised corporate AI training programmes (d) establishing and managing an AI entrepreneurship platform (e) supporting the planning and execution of AI Hub events, industry engagements, demonstrations, and outreach initiatives and (f) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Working at flexible hours and occasional duty travel may be required.

Applicants should have (i)a Master's degree (ii) at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably in AI, technology consulting, executive education, or corporate innovation functions (iii) knowledge of AI industry developments, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technology trends (iv) demonstrated familiarity with AI-native workflows, including the practical application of generative AI tools, large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, and related technologies and (v)self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in entrepreneurship support, or business development will be a distinct advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
