Project Assistant II
The School of Pharmacy is seeking a wellorganized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Assistant II to provide administrative support for academic programmes and School activities.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and operational support for academic programmes and School events (b) handling enquiries from students, stakeholders, and the general public (c) assisting with daily office operations and (d) performing other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours (including weekends), e.g., onsite support for classes and School events, may be required.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education, preferably with a Bachelor's degree (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B) OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, Attained or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills (iv) a good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (v) proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility, selfmotivation, and good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and having experience in event planning or academic programmes administration are advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
