Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 533328) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should hold a good Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector. They should be good team players with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and able to work dependently on multiple tasks. Commitment to quality results, excellent time and detail management, good problem-solving skills, and a proactive work attitude are essential qualities for the post. Previous experience in programme design, operations, promotions, event management, and international student admissions in tertiary education institutions would be a plus.
The appointee will be responsible for designing and executing year-round programmes for international secondary students in collaboration with University faculties, departments, and external vendors, as well as planning and initiating different types of student activities and/or performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Applicants with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for the position of Executive Assistant.
