RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Associate (PA) provides administrative back-end support for Families for Life (FFL) programmes and events. The role publicises, schedules, coordinates, and facilitates evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes, as well as Family Life Education workshops requested by schools and community partners. The Programme Associate connects with clients, notes their presenting concerns, and make appropriate referrals for internal and external support services. The PA also designs publicity materials to promote FFL services and programmes supporting outreach and partnerships effort.
Programme/Event Support
- Administer FFL digital accounts, including creating events, hosting and supporting online/hybrid events, and communicating with partners and stakeholders
- Track and ensure the completion of pre- and post-programme deliverables
- Consolidate participation data and attendance figures for reporting purposes
- Support logistics, preparation, and setup for ongoing events and programmes
Facility and Storage
- Manage storage operations by ensuring proper storage of FFL collaterals and resources and maintaining an updated inventory list
- Oversee facility upkeep and maintenance of office and event environments and liaise with vendors and contractors as required
Design & Collaterals
- Create and update content and collateral designs, including e-flyers for programmes and events
- Design and produce updated FFL leaflets, standees, and other collaterals, while coordinating with vendors for production
Partnerships & Communication
- Maintain and update the partnership database
- Disseminate programme and event information to relevant partners
- Monitor and track partnership touchpoints, KIVs, and outstanding connections
- Manage social media updates for events and programmes
Other Duties
- Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS- Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, Accountancy, Project Management, Media-Arts-Design or
- ITE Technical Diploma / Work-Study Diploma
- Certifications in Digital Media and Communications is an added advantage
OTHER INFORMATIONRelevant Experience
- 1-2 years in administrative or relevant experience. Experience in media design and content management, partnership communications and Excel data management and analysis is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
