Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration with UX, Design & Development

• Work closely with designers, development, QA, and data teams

• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups

• Go-to-Market Planning

• Plan release schedule and draft release notes

• Coordinate launch readiness with the Customer Success team

• Program management and Resource allocation

• Define the project scope, secure and appropriately the necessary personnel

• Secure and efficiently allocate resources required for each project.

• Coordinate teams, manage the team schedule, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external vendors/partners to monitor tasks and progress, review

deliverables and communicate.

• Oversee project management to achieve goals on schedule.

(Monitoring risks and mitigation measures, timelines, budgets, and quality)

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) or higher

• Minimum 3 years as Program manager

• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and KPI setting/analysis capability

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

• Fluent in English

Preferred

• Experience operating Agile (Scrum/Kanban)–based product development processes

• Experience launching SaaS or device (hardware + software) products

• Sprint planning (e.g. agile), JIRA, PMP is a plus
