Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in one or more of the following: mechanical, electrical, controls or generators.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in critical facilities management, including facility, technical and team management.
- Understanding of maintenance philosophies and domain specific experience.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and power requirements for high-availability data centers.
- Understanding of the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally Maximo.
- Excellent strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for the team.
- Ensure maintenance planning and scheduling related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of work that is associated with data center infrastructure making sure compliance is met.
- Train and mentor new maintenance planners. Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the maintenance planning domain.
- Identify problems and create solutions for minimizing equipment downtime. Be responsible for the data center operations metrics within the region.
