Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & research cadence planning - manage overall PMO responsibilities for large strategic projects: set milestones, manage product roadmaps, track requirement delivery, development progress and milestone completion help teams achieve stage goals through rapid iteration.
2. Cross‑domain dependency management - incorporate compliance and business requirements into product & research dependencies coordinate Legal, Compliance, Business and Technical teams to plan synchronously ensure dependencies do not delay overall progress.
3. Process monitoring & risk management - establish project metrics, risk assessments and issue‑tracking mechanisms identify and address resource, technical or regulatory risks ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
4. Cultural & efficiency improvements - focus on AI programming efficiency and automation tools in product & research workflows promote a culture of innovation drive technology and process changes at the right time maintain a crypto‑native agile style.
5. New product compliance gating - establish and maintain compliance processes for new product development and pre‑launch ensure schemes for cross‑border collections, exchange operation growth and other initiatives comply with local regulatory requirements lead Legal/Compliance and Product teams in solving regulatory challenges.
6. Benchmark & incubate innovation - study PMO models of leading global companies (e.g. Ant Group, ByteDance, Binance) learn best practices incubate new management processes or efficiency projects aligned with the group's strategy.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business or a related field at least 3 years of project management/PMO experience at a large technology or Internet company familiarity with agile development and product management.
• Project management skills: Ability to develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress and manage risk to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time capable of handling the challenges of cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
• Cross‑domain perspective: Understanding of compliance and business requirements willingness to expand into compliance, business and technology domains familiarity with global compliance trends, especially in crypto and payments.
• Innovation & AI awareness: Strong interest in AI‑driven efficiency, new tools and cultural change courage to try new methods and drive adoption comfortable with a crypto‑native experimental culture.
• Communication & collaboration: Excellent coordination and influencing skills able to build bridges between different functions adapt to cross‑time‑zone working patterns and non‑standard hours maintain high levels of communication and responsiveness.
• Adaptability & learning: Ability to quickly understand and respond to complex and changing project demands continuous learner with self‑drive maintain entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in high‑intensity environments.
