Program Manager, Operation

A global engineering and technology services company that provides software development, AI, system integration, and engineering solutions to major technology companies and multinational corporations, backed by the extensive global engineering resources and expertise of a leading global group.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Understanding of software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and data center environments.
• Strong communication skills with customers and global engineering teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience or knowledge in HPC, AI/ML, silicon, or server technologies is a plus.
• Experience in organizational planning, governance, or cross-functional program management is preferred.
• Able to connect hardware, software, and operations needs and turn them into clear action plans.
  
  

[Responsibilities]

• Coordinate closely with HPC teams in Taiwan and the US to keep projects aligned.
• Support team planning, OKRs, business reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Work with internal teams and key partners to track progress and delivery.
• Help manage Taiwan team operations and maintain effective communication with leadership.
