At OnRampLab, we build products that help businesses connect with the right people, conversations, and talent. Today we operate three core products — ContactLoop (multi-channel marketing), VoiceFusion (Voice AI engine), and RemoteHunter (remote talent platform) — with several new product lines on the way.

As we scale, we're adding a Program Manager to keep work moving across our growing portfolio — coordinating engineering, product, and overseas teams across multiple time zones, and making sure the right things ship at the right time. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps a fast-moving, multi-product company running smoothly.

【Job Description】

We're looking for a Program Manager to partner closely with our Product Manager, Staff Engineer / TPM, and product leads to drive execution across products, teams, and time zones. You'll own how work gets done and delivered, while product and engineering counterparts own what to build and how to build it.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, sharp under pressure, and naturally drawn to bringing order to chaos. You're a daily user of AI tools, comfortable in a US-style work environment, and able to track many threads at once without losing the plot. You don't need to be told what's slipping — you already noticed.

This is a just do things environment — short docs, fast ship, learn from feedback. No long PRDs. No lengthy meetings. AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) are part of the standard workflow, with company-funded budget.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Drive cross-functional execution across Taiwan engineering, overseas colleagues, and customers — keeping things moving across multiple time zones, products, and stakeholders.
• Own program-level visibility — what's in flight, what's blocked, what's at risk, and who needs to know.
• Coordinate launches and milestones end-to-end across product lines, from kickoff through delivery and follow-up.
• Surface and unblock issues early — proactively identify dependencies, risks, and gaps before they become escalations.
• Translate priorities into clear plans — turn leadership direction and product decisions into actionable schedules, owners, and checkpoints.
• Communicate status clearly — to leadership, engineering, product, and overseas counterparts in their own language and style. Conclusion-first, no buried lead.
• Improve how the company runs — light process design, lightweight tooling, and removing friction wherever it shows up.
• Stay current with AI capabilities — and use them to scale your own throughput as a coordinator.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• 2+ years of relevant experience — program management, project management, technical program management, operations, consulting, or customer-facing PM/PO roles all welcome.
• Fluent English (written + spoken) — can run daily syncs with non-Chinese-speaking colleagues and write clear, structured, conclusion-first documents (no buried lead, no anti-climax).
• Cross-cultural collaboration experience across multiple time zones — comfortable in a US-style work environment.
• Quick under pressure, calm in chaos — can decide next steps with incomplete information and keep multiple threads moving in parallel.
• Flexible communicator — adapts style for different audiences (leadership, engineering, overseas colleagues, customers) and gets people and things moving.
• Strong sense of ownership — when something is unclear or stuck, you don't wait; you chase it down.
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor / Notion AI) — occasional use is not enough for this role.
• Self-directed — knows what to do next without being told and fills gaps proactively.

【Bonus & Plus】

• Overseas (US / Europe) work or living experience.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Background in Voice AI, Conversational AI, MarTech, Sales Tech, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with AI tools for coordination workflows (status summaries, meeting notes, project tracking automation).
• Comfort reading technical context — you don't need to write code, but you can follow an engineering discussion and ask the right questions.
