Program Manager (OFSAA)

Key Deliverables:

• Lead Oracle OFSAA FCCM project implementations (AML, ECM, KYC)
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed project plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status reviews with senior stakeholders
• Drive collaboration across technical and regulatory teams
• Prepare closure reports with lessons learned and improvements
