L&T Technology Services is hiring - Program Manager - Hardware - electronics products (Aerospace preferred)

About the Role:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to electronics products, ensuring they meet time, cost, and scope requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Project planning tool
• Proficient in Dashboard creations, tableau tool or Power BI tool
• Awareness of Earned value management
• Plan and lead an engineering project to meet the time, cost, and scope requirements
• Monitor and control the project cost and schedule
• Establish governance strategy for a project/program
• Collaborate with all the project stakeholders effectively
• Support Supply chain team to meet procurement targets for the project
• Support customer and internal meetings
• Have broad knowledge of Aerospace standards/procedures/protocols to meet customer requirements
• Responsible for operational execution of day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• 8 to 13 years of Industry experience in executing, leading and managing projects related to electronics product/systems
• BE/B-tech/MTech in Electronics/electrical discipline

Required Skills:

• Strong Project/program management skills
• Strong communication, writing and decision-making skills along with interpersonal skills
• Electronic product design background preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 is an added advantage
• PMP certified – added advantage

Pay range and compensation package:
