Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or acting as a functional lead within a planning organization.
- Experience planning systems, Looker, or similar supply chain ERP/reporting tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- Deep knowledge of supply planning processes and the ability to transition teams from location-based to process-based workflows.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to resolve complex operational escalations (e.g., logistics bottlenecks, production delays).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to tell a story and influence senior leadership.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary procedural resource, recommend supply strategies and manage cross-functional supply risks and resolutions. Utilize planning expertise to drive standardization and integration across US and APAC teams.
- Oversee routine supply planning reporting and automation while leading cross-functional syncs and agenda. Act as the lead for streamlining communications with key partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Enhance scalability and capability by standardizing planning and the operations engagement process across US and APAC regions. Evaluate CM/JDM capabilities with the operations team and implement JDM operating models and Comp Flex. Recommend system functional requirements, drive system adoption and creation of new AI tools.
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support for planners and TVCs training. Assign work for TVCs and backup support structures for coverage.
