  • Identify, develop and execute strategic programs that support the APJ sales development team's efforts to generate pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Work with xDR leadership and cross-functional leadership to identify areas of opportunity and set priorities.
  • Facilitate team offsites, strategy and planning workshops to set yearly and quarterly focus areas for APJ xDR
  • Develop proposals, project plans, timelines, and budgets for program implementation and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
  • Communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of programs.
  • Analyse and interpret data to make recommendations to improve productivity, inform program development and decision-making.
  • Ensure operational excellence, monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in program/project management, sales development or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyse complex business data, reports and market trends.
  • Advanced knowledge of SFDC, Outreach or similar tools.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions that impact performance and growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop short and long-term plans that align with business objectives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders to drive program success.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex business concepts and data to any audience (ranging from reps to exec level)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
