Program Manager Monadnock Housing Collaborative Monadnock United Way (MUW) is seeking an entrepreneurial community builder to launch and grow the Monadnock Housing Collaborative (MHC)a new regional coalition advancing housing opportunities for all. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up and mobilize people and organizations around one of our region's most urgent challenges: access to housing for all.
The Program Manager will connect diverse partners, from municipal leaders to nonprofits to community members, and guide the coalition's strategy, communications, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values collaboration, and excels at weaving people and programs together to achieve shared goals.
We are looking for a community weaver and systems thinkera strong listener, facilitator, and storyteller with an entrepreneurial mindset. The right candidate will bring experience in coalition coordination, community development, or nonprofit leadership, along with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage projects, and inspire action.
This position is based at MUW and reports to the President. Occasional evening/weekend meetings and regional travel are required. A bachelor's degree or 35 years of relevant experience is required; knowledge of New Hampshire's housing landscape and grant writing experience are a plus.
