Role description

Job Title: Engineering service coordinationLocation: Taiwan


Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing engineering service coordination and ensuring the quality of documentation and data collection processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can execute daily administrative tasks, conduct quality inspections, and prepare comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering services to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • Manage and maintain quality documentation using appropriate tools and methods.

  • Oversee the collection of quality data and processes, preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports.

  • Execute daily administrative tasks to support project operations.

  • Conduct quality inspections for target product samples to ensure compliance with standards.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.

  • Manage quality documentation

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic reading and writing skills in English.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.

  • Basic ability in Power BI (optional)

  • Basic ability in Power Automate (optional)

  • Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
